Let me start off the post merely stating that the vehicle is up to date with all TSB’s and has 11k miles on the vehicle. Its in NH so it is cold. I notice when turning wheel all way to left it sounds like the fender lining is being broken or wheel/tire is rubbing against . I also still have squeaks from Lower control arms which Ive gone under and regreased. Anyone else experiencing this?

how cold? Saturday was maybe -9 farenheit

cold and maybe ice could be reason, turn wheel fully and go and see if there is any binding of the tire to inner fender.

grease in cold may be working less efficiently as well

Yes, I have and am experiencing the same issue. The first time I brought it to the dealer, they greased it. It worked for about 3 months. Apparently, Mazda is working on a permanent fix for this. The cold isn't the cause. Mine did it in the fall when it wasn't cold. It has started again and is scheduled to go back to the dealer to be addressed again. I'm hoping a permanent fix is coming soon!!!
