The type s is 200 lbs heavier than the non type S in all of the same trim levels. Same engine same size battery, why?

Are the wheel options the same? That might be something different between the models.

Comparing Premium Plus models they both seem to have 21 inch wheels, though not the exact same ones. S models have a larger fuel tank. That's a few pounds. Seating options and upholstery could account for some more, but I don't know where the rest of the difference is. Good question.
