Mild Hybrid

I am wondering about certain things regarding the Mild Hybrid system.

1. How long will the electric motor and battery last before replacing them?
2. What will it cost for parts and labor to replace them?
3. If either the electric motor or battery fail, does everything else continue to work just fine?

3. I think the electric motor is between the engine and transmission, so I think it would continue to turn and not cause any issues even if it wasn’t generating its own power
