That sounds like some wiring is loose from the display but i may be wrong. I have not seen or heard about this. I believe this is one more trip to the dealership.

 

The reverse cam being visible is a good clue to provide the service department. If you're able to capture a video of that, that would be helpful for them.

Being that it's intermittent and can go away after car off / deep sleep / car on, I suspect the infotainment system's memory is corrupted and what you're seeing is this system is having trouble loading core files occasionally.

 

Brought in my 2024 cx-90 turbo sp. For 12 recalls check engine light engine malfunction car is in limbo mode all safety features off.. dealer said they scanned the car and there was no error codes 😂. Gave me back the car in one day I took off to go to Key West for the weekend and on the 7 mile bridge. I had the same thing happen vehicle shut off no acceleration no power every single safety feature is off. I’m really starting to hate this car. And their dealers that service it because clearly they’re not here to fix the problems at hand.
